Meet The Mr. R Crew
Mr Nelson
Mr Nelson has been involved in safety education for over 30 years. For many years he designed safety education programs and trained others to be safety educators. Mr Nelson decided he wanted to take a more direct approach, so he choose to train as a driving instructor.
His second career has been his most rewarding, training 1000s of teens to drive. Mr Nelson enjoys supporting parents in their efforts to keep their teens safe. He is always willing to answer parents questions and concerns.
Mrs Salinas
Mrs Salinas has nearly 20 years of drivers training experience. She has developed numerous techniques for building students confidence and self esteem. She is an expert at dealing with timid drivers.
One technique Mrs Salinas uses to puts students at ease, is story telling. Students always love to hear about some of the adventures she has had in drivers training. Her sense of humor and comic timing make her a favorite with the students.
Mrs Bourbina
Mrs Bourbina has been a Driver’s Education teacher for over 10 years. She has taught new drivers from all over the world. from ages 14- 83.
Students find her easygoing and fun as a teacher. Parents find her a valuable resource when teaching their teen to drive. Her love for her job is clear to everyone.
Mrs Stewart
Mrs Stewart is new to teaching but she makes up for it with patience and humor. She is our resident comedian. She is the newest addition to our Drivers Ed family.

We are currently looking for instructors.Teaching teens to drive is fun and rewarding. The money is good and the respect is fantastic. You get a great car to drive and a supportive family of instructors.
Training assistance is available for the right candidate. Most of our successful instructors are on their 2nd or 3rd careers. Many moms have found this a great choice after winding down their child rearing careers. Contact us if you are interested in hearing more
